PLUS ITEMS – These are items that agencies did not take on the first allocation/order by date. Rather than re-allocate the product we place it on inventory as a plus item, WITH LIMITS. This gives everyone a second shot at the product. It is first come, first served and is available as long as there is inventory of that item in stock.
Even if you already received your first allocation of the item you are permitted to order more up to the limit.
